How to be prepared for your big day

Ever worried about what to carry in your hospital bag.
How to be prepared for someone you waiting to meet for 9 months.
I too had gone through all this stuff.
I had so my questions, how would I know if it's time will I be prepared or not.
Stop worrying I would suggest because you would just know when the right time is and when you are going to get those crams or if it's just a false alarm.
The best part leave it to God and time to decide when is the right time.
Let doctors decide, what to do and when what not to do.
Cues are many if it's time like water breaking, bleeding, or a cram. I had gone through bleeding.
The pain is horrible when I tell you to trust me, it's really horrible. You just want to end your pain and get over with it.
Check with your hospital or doctor if they provide clothes for the newborn, sanitary pads and any other stuff they provide, if not do carry the below stuff.
Hospital bag preparation -
•Hospital file/hospital id card/insurance papers
It's always better to keep your medical paper handy for the doctors to check on the medicines or any complications.
• A blanket for you if you are habitual of your own
blanket
•Toileteries(toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, soap, etc)
•Sanitary pad (heavy-duty maternity pads)
•Two nursing gowns/nursing nightdress
•Mobile Charger
•Slippers (might need to use the washroom)
•Socks( too keep your feet warm)
•undergarments (nursing bra, underwear large enough to hold on heavy-duty sanitary pads)
• Pillow ( you might need it if you have backache while induced pain) I had to ask for bedsheets before they gave me some extra pillows.
•Extra pair of clothes to wear while travelling back home.

Newborn's Bag
> Bodysuits
It's always better to carry clothes which can be buttoned up from the front as it becomes easier to wear them to a newborn without hurting their neck.
> Baby wipes
> Banket
> Wrappers and Swaddles
> Caps and Mittens, Socks
> Sleeping bag
> Baby oil
> Baby diaper /Nappies
Newborn diapers are different diapers in a day they require 10 to 12 diaper change see to it you have ample amount of those diapers.
•travelling clothes.
• Car Seat
• Mosslin clothes
• Nursing cover
•  Nursing pillow

Note:  Before buying any stuff like gowns or baby clothes do check with your hospital staff what do they provide while delivering the baby.

Things to carry for your delivery partner
  Extra pair of clothes
•  Mobile charger
•  Camera
•  Blanket
•  Pillow
•  Cash
•  Headphones
•  Sanitizer

The delivery bag always should be well prepared beforehand as delivery is an unpredictable event so it's always better to be ready beforehand.
Start preparing your bag in your 3rd or 4th trimester.

Fun Ways My Toddler Learned Colors

Are you worried about teaching colors to your little one? Don't be! I'll share how I helped my 18-month-old recognize all colors through some engaging activities. Let's make learning colors a playful adventure! Introduce colors to children with help of some activities- πŸ‘‰Toy Adventure: Encourage your child to find specific-colored toys. Say, "Can you bring the pink ball?" This not only makes learning fun but also associates colors with their favorite playthings. πŸ‘‰Show and Tell: Explore the world around you together. Ask, "What do you see?" When they notice something, ask about its color. For instance, "Look at the leaves. What color are they?" This interactive approach helps build a connection between objects and colors. πŸ‘‰Flashy Color Cards: Introduce flashcards with vibrant colors. Make it exciting by flashing them quickly and asking, "Which color is this?" It's like a little game that keeps them engaged while learning. πŸ‘‰Ch...

Toddler saying thank you and sorry?

The three magical words? Am I talking about I love you or something else, confused right. No, I am not talking about I love you. What I am writing today about is the three magical words which are 1. Please 2. Sorry 3. Thank you Do we expect someone to say these words when the situation arises, if yes do we ourself say it. If yes that's wonderful to hear and understand why you would expect the same. Now my question, is do we expect our children to say these words. Yes we do always expect them to say sorry or thank you or please, time and when required. So, how do we teach them to say those words. These words are magical because they convey empathy which is the only thing which connects emotions with other person. Children learn from what they hear, you don't have to teach them. There are so many instances I have had my foot in my mouth, I forget my toddler is listening to what I am saying. He picks up all those wrong words first. I wonder and promise myself to be more aware abou...

The 9 month of patience, wait, sleepless twist and turns are going to be awarded. πŸ‘‰  The strecher passes and the operation theatre is ready. πŸ‘‰ You are being egarly waited by all your loving family members. πŸ‘‰ The count down has begin. πŸ‘‰ Here you are with a small little cry.  πŸ‘‰ Yes ! You are here in this world to become our whole world. πŸ‘‰ You were crying and I was smiling. πŸ‘‰ I was in pain, still I was smiling and you were crying. πŸ‘‰ The pain of the stitches were unbearable to go through, still I was smiling forgetting everything. πŸ‘‰ I was unable to walk, yet I was smiling. πŸ‘‰  I couldn't cough, sneeze, move around; still I was smiling and you were crying. πŸ‘‰ I was in so much pain, could not move or even use the toilet alone. Yet here I was touching your small little fingers, watching your yawn.I was still smiling. Motherhood is unending love which you give and get abdunce in back. With a hug, a toothless smile or a toothles...
